    1. Thank you for sharing your diagnosis with us. Have you started researching what clinical trials are available? You may also find some information about clinical trials for blood and bone marrow issues on our sister site, Blood-Cancer.com. Warmly, Kathy (Team member)

  2. I have a staging for CLL tentatively stage O ...last Friday I got a head cold. It followed the same course as others ..head then chest. I coughed hard enough to hurt my ribs and side. My ribs are good. My side ...my left is getting better. I have no swelling of lymph nodes etc. no night sweats...no weight loss ...no spleen problem that I know of. My question is if I had a deadly illness would I be worse at this point? Should I be scared? Will I be ok for my staging on April 29. Thanks

    1. Thank you for your questions. Getting a cancer diagnosis is overwhelming for everybody, but each person's cancer experience, from diagnosis to treatment, is very individual. Your doctor is the best person to answer your specific questions. (We aren't doctors, just people who care) However, it's helpful to be well-informed. Therefore, I'm sharing a guide that might be useful at this stage of your cancer journey. You may also be interested in this article about CLL from our sister site, bloof-cancer.com. Perhaps you will find it reassuring that most forms of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) grow slowly. Please let us know how things are going for you. Warmly, Kathy (Team member)

    1. That's a great question. Fatigue is very common among people living with cancer, as this article discusses.
