Keeping busy and focused on every day house and home duties and fixing what needs to be done.. Also keeps me fit as much as possible and then do my exercises, No time to think about cancer or what it did or tried to do to my ;life. If I dwell on cancer then for sure it will beat me and I won't let that happen.

When I stop living in the problem and begin living in the answer, the problem goes away. Acceptance is the answer to all my problems today.

That's a marvelous philosophy. Have you used a book, tool, or other source that you can recommend for developing the attitude of acceptance? Warmly, Kathy (Team member)
